Return / Exchanges and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are sure you will enjoy wearing one of my creations however if you are not happy
with your purchase you may return new items sold by us within 30 days.   

We will then exchange, credit or refund your purchase.

Please supply your contact details and reason for return in writing via email. 
Items should be returned in their original packaging and receipt of purchase included within 30 days of receipt of said item. 
We require that the jewellery has not been worn and is undamaged. 

We recommend shipping via a traceable method and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.  Lost shipments will not be refunded.
