RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Gaylene's Jewellery, every piece is handcrafted with care and love. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn, undamaged pieces in their original condition and packaging.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange
  • Return the item within 14 days of return approval
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend sending via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage — lost return shipments cannot be refunded

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process an exchange, store credit, or refund as agreed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
