We deliver Australia-wide and to selected international destinations.

How your order is shipped Every piece of Gaylene's Jewellery is carefully packaged and sent via Australia Post Express Post to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and promptly. Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey to you.

Dispatch times Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be dispatched after payment is confirmed. If you need your piece urgently, please contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery timeframes (estimated after dispatch)

• Australia: 1–3 business days (Express Post)
• International: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Delivery address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We post to the address provided and cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

International orders We ship to selected international destinations. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
