“Fina” - Sterling Silver Pendant with facet cut Garnet & Sterling Silver Chain

Inspiration: Cyclone Fina - 22 November, 2025

My Inspiration Story:

Thinking of everyone in Darwin, Northern Territory as tropical cyclone Fina raged through the area

It arrived as a Category 3 system. Fina brought destructive winds and heavy downpours to remote Tiwi Islands communities, then Darwin & surrounding area for two days

We travelled 100 klms south west to be safe from the cyclone as we live and travel Australia in our caravan.

The deep red colours in the eye of the storm as shown on weather track map inspired me to create a piece to celebrate Darwin had no human fatalities

The Magic of Garnet:
